In 1979 Gary began his career in the insurance industry and in April of that same year he joined the Equitable Life, one of the largest insurance companies in America at the time. Over the next ten years, he would amass numerous awards, trips around the world. He earned the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table 6 consecutive years. It was here where he developed his sales skills and business savvy and became one of the top producing Insurance Agents in the Agency.

Today Gary is the President and CEO of Business Consultants International, an entrepreneurial training and development company dedicated to the empowerment and development of entrepreneurs worldwide. He is a Certified Instructor of the NxLevel Entrepreneurial Training Institute, where he teaches an extensive sixteen-week course for aspiring entrepreneurs. Gary has also partnered with major corporations such as Daifuku Corp, Watson Pharmaceutical and Industrial Machines & Engineering to enhance their efforts in attracting key executives to grow their businesses and become more profitable. His ability to analyze a situation quickly has helped our clients make necessary decisions to reach their objectives. Gary joined his long time friend and business associate N.Z.
